Congrats to you and Joyce on a great tune. I love the chorus. The harmonica is a nice touch. As always, the vocals are top-notch. Nice job!

Clapping great work Prix and Joyce :)) (Very Happy)
Lyrics are (as always) great Joyce, and you have really helped bring them to life here with that beautiful voice of yours Prix Bowing Down Love the harmonica - good choice, helps give this a real touch of folkiness.
Nice work on the production side of things too, this isn't studio produced but it ain't bad at all, I know you had issues with home recording before - just another indicator of how far and how fast you are developing :)) (Very Happy) Bowing Down Thumbs Up
Heaven may well be missing an angel, but I hope we can keep her for a while. You are one of the best singers here :)) (Very Happy)

Oh, nice use of the harmonica. Love the rhythm to this, carried beautifully by the simple guitar part. But the vocals and the lyrics are what elevate this to greatness. Wonderful stuff. Love the chorus too, with the harmonies and that subtle harmonica. So excited to see you're really pumping out the originals. No holding you back now methinks!

Sweet, smooth, folksy music tends to get both more attention and less credit than scary, gritty Folk. I say less credit because as soon as people hear these gentle, pedaling guitar lines and syrupy sweet vocals, they tend to not listen as closely, as critically, and they to miss, I think, just how SMART songs like this are. The things you do with the melody, especially the vocal melody, are really kind of edgy...tasteful, in the end, but not without edge. It’s sort of what I’d imagine hearing if one of the Roche sisters was singing solo. Very nicely done.
